Ever since childhood, I have been captivated by the fleeting nature of moments and meaning. This fascination informs my creative practice as a contemporary artist, working across painting, drawing, and mixed media artworks.
I focus on formal experimentation rather than strict logic, developing abstract forms based on subjective associations and visual parallels. This approach encourages viewers to form their own personal connections and interpretations, making each artwork a unique experience.
My work responds directly to the surrounding environment, often drawing inspiration from everyday life. I highlight subtle, overlooked moments, transforming them into concept-driven compositions. Like a memorable film, the imagery lingers, revealing deeper meaning to those who take the time to explore the work.
At its core, my art is a reflection on the act of painting itself. The work is self-referential yet aesthetically engaging, exploring the relationship between the body, identity, and life as performance. Each piece balances conceptual depth with visual appeal.

Blessed mother of 3 beautiful daughters, all artists among other talents and 3 handsome sons, not artistic in the least, at least not yet but talented in other areas all the same.
A little bit about us…
I have always had a deep passion for art, even when life temporarily pulled me in other directions. In 2013, that passion found its true home at Splatter Gallery, located in West Wyalong, New South Wales, rural Australia. This space allowed me to fully immerse myself in creative practice, exhibit works by talented local artists, and teach both adults and children about the value and importance of art within the community.
Through Splatter Gallery, I was able to express myself authentically while sharing my love of art education, creativity, and artistic exploration. The gallery became a creative hub where local talent could be celebrated and nurtured.
With the support of my family, I continue to run Splatter Gallery and Art Studio, offering original artworks and art-based products created by a diverse group of local Australian artists. We also proudly produce Blue Mallee Eucalyptus Oil, locally farmed by our family on our rural property. I take great pride in delivering high-quality, unique art and handmade products that inspire connection and tell meaningful stories.
My artistic practice explores a wide range of mediums, from painting and drawing to experimental techniques. My paintings are built on formal associations, creating layered, poetic compositions that question the fragility and instability of what we often consider a certain reality. Through a contemporary and concept-driven approach, my work invites the viewer into a physical and emotional experience, embracing the philosophy that form leads function.
Wishart Gallery represents the natural evolution and exciting next chapter of my artistic journey. The gallery showcases a distinctive collection of original artworks created by the talented women in our family—Clairre, Jade-Ashleigh, Reba Max, and Gabriella. Together, we celebrate creativity, individuality, and a shared artistic vision.

Splatter Gallery & Art Studio has recently introduced the ability for Artists from all over Australia to become members of our new website which allows them to list their Artwork for sale reaching an Australia wide audience.
It is FREE to become a member & FREE to list the Artwork. Each Artist even has a dedicated page!
If you become a member & then decide to opt out simply email us via the contact page and we will cancel your membership.
Splatter Gallery and Art Studio does not stock any of the Artwork – all Artwork must be shipped by the artist directly to the customer, either personally by the artist or using professional and insured carriers.
All artists who sell through Splatter Gallery agree to abide by these money-back guarantee provisions. For the customer’s protection, money paid is held by Splatter Gallery and Art Studio in trust until the money back period (7 days) has expired. In the unlikely event that a customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase and would like to return it for a refund they will have a 7 day grace period. We will initiate a refund after the artist has received and checked the item.
Note: If no return request has been made via email within 7 days of delivery the artist will be paid on the 8th day and no further claims will be accepted.
